Why was my credit card charged before my order shipped?
A: Our
secure website is a live website which means as soon as you submit your order,
your card is charged. Your order is then submitted to us for
processing. However, if you order after 10:00pm eastern time on Friday,
your order is not received until Monday since our offices are closed on the
weekend.
If your order was placed by telephone or in the mail your credit card is charged
as the first step in your order processing.

When are orders processed?
A: Orders
placed on line are pulled for processing once daily by 7:30am Eastern Time
(M-F). Order placed after the 7:30am cutoff ( including expedited orders)
will be processed the following day. Expedited shipping is available for
an additional $8.00 fee for UPS Ground delivery.
Q:
How long does it take to get my order?
A: We use the US Postal Service,
and most
orders will arrive within 7 to 9 business days (Continental US only). Most orders
leave our warehouse within 2 days after receiving your order. We are able to ship to APO and FPO addresses as well as the US
Territories and Canada. For other delivery options, see the check out page.

Will
my order number help you find the status of my order quicker?
A:
NO.
The order number is automatically assigned by our server on all internet orders
and we do not use it at all. If you are calling or emailing us, please provide
us with your name and mailing address so we can assist you.
Q:
How do I return my item?
A:
If you're dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the cover only within 3 months for a full refund to: Returns, James Direct, Inc., PO Box
980, Hartville, OH 44632. We will promptly process your refund by the same method
of payment. Due to privacy issues, we do not retain any credit card information.
If you ordered by credit card, and would like us to credit your account, you
must supply us with the first four digits and the last four digits of your
credit card number. We cannot process your refund without this information.

What
is the process for ordering an E-Book?
A: Once
you purchase your E-Book, you will quickly receive an email that contains the
link to download your E-Book. Go to the computer where you intend to use it, and
click on the link to download the E-Book. This activates your purchase.
NOTE: If you order multiple E-Books - be sure to click on and save
all files to be downloaded before you leave the download page - Once
you leave the download page - it will expire and can not be accessed again.
Q:
Do I need special software for an
E-Book?
A: Any
application can that open PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat, needs to be
installed on your computer in order to read the E-Book. Adobe Acrobat is a free
download that you can get direct from Adobe. We do not supply Adobe
Acrobat for you.
Q:
Who is James Direct Inc.?
A:
James Direct is involved in marketing
through National magazines, newspapers and direct mail.
