How can I guarantee delivery for Christmas?
A: Order
between November 15th and Noon on December 17th and your order is guaranteed to
be received in time for Christmas as long as you select PRIORITY shipping during
the checkout process.

Why was my credit card charged before my order shipped?
A: Our
secure website is a live website which means as soon as you submit your order,
your card is charged. Your order is then submitted to us for
processing. However, if you order after 10:00pm eastern time on Friday,
your order is not received until Monday since our offices are closed on the
weekend.
If your order was placed by telephone or in the mail your credit card is charged
as the first step in your order processing.
Q:
How long does it take to get my order?
A: Most
orders will arrive in 2 weeks, however, in
some instances it may take up to 4 weeks depending on your location within the
US and even within your own state.
We use the US Postal Service Standard Mail. Most orders leave our warehouse in
2-5 business days from receipt of your order. At this point your order enters
the mailstream of the US Post Office which may take up to 2-4 weeks for
delivery. We are able to ship to APO and FPO addresses as well as the US

Q:
I ordered 2 books but only received
1 book, now what?
A:
Some
of our books are shipped in two separate envelopes due to post office weight
restrictions. If this is the case with your order, your envelopes will be
stamped above your name "1 of 2" and "2 of 2". While these
two packages leave our warehouse together they often become separated at the
post office and arrive to you at different times.
Q:
Will
my order number help you find the status of my order quicker?
A:
NO.
The order number is automatically assigned by our server on all internet orders
and we do not use it at all. If you are calling or emailing us, please provide
us with your name and mailing address so we can assist you.
Q:
How do I return my item?
A:
Simply package it up in the same package if possible, or a suitable
package for mailing and ship it to Returns, James Direct, Inc., 1459 S Main St,
North Canton, OH 44720. We will promptly process your refund by the same method
of payment. Due to privacy issues, we do not retain any credit card information.
If you ordered by credit card, and would like us to credit your account, you
must supply us with the first four digits and the last four digits of your
credit card number. We cannot process your refund without this information.
